- NASSP employees, members and spouses
- Advisors with: the National Association of Student Council, National Honor Society, National Elementary Honor Society, and National Junior Honor Society
- NASSP Group term life insurance not available in the states of Montana, New York and Washington

| Accelerated Death Benefit |
- Receive up to 100 percent of your face amount in an accelerated payment if the insured person becomes terminally ill with life expectancy of twelve months or less, as certified by a licensed physician.

| Cost of Insurance |
- Rates have been negotiated exclusively for NASSP. They are based on tobacco use and age, increase with age, and are subject to change.

| Age reductions |
- Group term life coverage automatically decreases on the June 1 policy anniversary following the insured person's birthday:
- to 50% at age 70
- to 25% at age 75
- to 0 at age 80

| Conversion |
- Coverage that terminates under the Group term life insurance plan due to age may be converted (within 31 days) to an individual life insurance policy without providing evidence of insurability.
